Application for accommodation should be made by submitting the registration form before June 1 , 2011. Persons reserving accommodation are themselves liable. In the event that you should be unable to attend you are strongly advised to notify the Secretariat at least one week in advance.
The cost for lodging including breakfast, lunch and dinner is;
Per person per night in single room NOK 1600
Per person per night in double room NOK 1400
Final payment for accommodation should be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
